Training company

Learning is an integral part of the company culture, it’s in Codec SA’s DNA!

Codec SA has been an approved training company since 2002 and has been training apprentices since 1986. Apprentice training is the basis for a solid future, ensuring sustainability. It is an investment for the future.
Beyond skills, we are looking for apprentices who will share our values and thus adhere to the “house spirit” of CODEC SA.
In order to acquire skills in basic mechanics and bar turning, we work in partnership with the CAAJ.

Journey from former apprentices to collaborators

Kevin Martins – CFC production mechanic: Bar turner and Technical Manager of apprentices

Kevin completed his apprenticeship as a Production Mechanic with bar-turning option at Codec SA from 2009 to 2012. He was then directly hired on a permanent contract as a bar-turner. In 2017, in addition to his role as bar turner, he was promoted to assistant to the Production Director and also took over technical responsibility for apprentices.
Passionate and invested, he is committed to accompanying and supporting each of our apprentices. Beyond the transfer of his technical skills, Kevin shares his passion and promotes certain values such as: sociability, solidarity, autonomy, politeness, responsibility, etc.).

Each trainer benefits from Kevin's experience and can count on his support at any time. Endowed with calm and unfailing rigor, he was able to support all our apprentices in obtaining their CFC.
