Apprenticeships

A Training Company

Apprenticeship is an integral part of our company culture; it’s in the DNA of Codec SA!

Codec SA has been an approved training company since 2002 and has been training apprentices since 1986. Training apprentices is the foundation for a strong future and helps to ensure sustainability. It’s an investment in the future.
Beyond just skills, we seek apprentices who share our values and will embrace the “Codec SA spirit”.
To acquire skills in basic mechanics and machine turning, we work in partnership with CAAJ.

First-year CFC Polymechanic Apprentices, starting in August 2023.

Kevin Martins – CFC Production Mechanic: Machine Turner and Technical Manager for Apprentices

Kevin completed his Production Mechanic apprenticeship at Codec SA from 2009 to 2012, with a focus on machine turning. He was immediately hired on a permanent contract as a machine turner. In 2017, in addition to his role as a machine turner, he was promoted to Assistant to the Production Director and also took on the role of Technical Manager for apprentices.
Passionate and dedicated, Kevin is committed to offering guidance and support to each of our apprentices. Beyond sharing his technical skills, Kevin also instils values such as sociability, solidarity, autonomy, politeness, and responsibility.

All trainers benefit from Kevin’s experience and can rely on his support at any time. With his calm and unwavering rigour, he has successfully guided all our apprentices in obtaining their CFC qualification.
