With 10 apprentices currently in training and 56 apprentices trained since 1986, CODEC SA has been committed to training for over 30 years, offering apprentices real career advancement opportunities after completing their training. Our workforce is made up of 20% women and 80% men. Additionally, 75% of our total workforce lives in Switzerland, with 54% residing in Val-de-Ruz, making CODEC SA a highly valued regional employer.
