Proximity and excellence
10 apprentices in training and 56 apprentices trained since 1986, CODEC SA has been involved as a training company for more than 30 years, allowing its apprentices real possibilities for development after their training. The company's workforce is made up of 20% women and 80% men. Finally, 75% of the total workforce is made up of employees living in Switzerland, including 54% in Val-de-Ruz, making CODEC SA a regional employer very popular with residents.
