YOUR MAIN TASKS:

•Recording customer orders and tracking in our ERP

•Preparing order confirmations

•Recording customer deadlines

•Customer contact and follow-up

•Managing the telephone switchboard for calls related to the ADAX subsidiary

•Various other secretarial tasks according to skills

YOUR PROFILE:

•Federal Certificate of Capacity in Commerce

•Interest in the technical field

•Oral and written proficiency in French, English, and German

•Competence and experience in order management and deadline tracking

•Good command of standard computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•Good communication and analytical skills

•Able to work independently while managing priorities and stress

•Sense of responsibility, dynamic, good professional conscience, and ability to work in a team
